What AI Mail MCP stores, why, and who can see it.

What we store

• Your email address, to send sign-in codes and identify your account.
• Mail for your mailboxes: the original message source in private object storage, plus parsed headers, text, HTML and attachments in our database, so your tools can read and search it.
• Tokens: only a one-way hash of each token, never the token itself.
• An audit log of tool calls (tool name, outcome, time, a short summary of arguments, never message bodies) so you can see what your agents did.
• Delivery records for mail you send (provider, recipients count, success or error).

Who can see it

Only tokens on your account, limited to the mailboxes each token is scoped to. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your mail to train models. Operators access stored mail only to keep the service running or when the law requires it.

Processors

Railway (hosting, database, object storage), Cloudflare (DNS, inbound routing, outbound sending) and Resend (backup outbound sending).

Deleting data

Delete a mailbox or a domain with the tools, or write to hello@aimailmcp.com and we will delete your account and its mail.
