Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-12. AI Mail MCP ("AI Mail", "we") is a product of Hapi.vc, LLC (United States). Contact: ben@hapi.vc.

These terms apply to anyone who uses AI Mail, its website at aimailmcp.com, its account console, or its MCP server, directly or through an AI agent acting for them ("you"). By using AI Mail you agree to them. If you use AI Mail for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

The service

AI Mail gives AI agents real email: domains, DNS plans, mailboxes, aliases, a unified inbox, search, sending and replies, forwarding, webhooks and scoped tokens. Tools that change something can be run as a dry run first. Some of the work is carried out by third parties (see Privacy).

Your account and tokens

• You are responsible for every action taken with your tokens, OAuth grants and console sign-ins, including actions your agents take. Keep tokens secret and revoke any you think are exposed.
• Only add domains you own or are authorised to use.
• Mail is untrusted content from outside senders. You are responsible for what your agents do with it. AI Mail marks it as untrusted but cannot stop an agent from following instructions inside a message.

Acceptable use

You may not use AI Mail to:

• send spam: bulk or unsolicited commercial mail, mail to purchased or harvested lists, or mail to anyone who has asked you to stop;
• send phishing, fraud, malware, or mail that impersonates a person, company or service, or forges where a message came from;
• create accounts on other services in bulk, or in a way their terms forbid;
• send mail that is illegal, harasses people, or infringes others' rights, or break laws that apply to email, such as CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada;
• attack, overload or probe AI Mail or any other system without permission, or try to get around the limits below.

We may refuse, pause or limit any send, mailbox, domain, token or account that appears to break these rules, and we may report abuse to the provider concerned.

Sending limits

• Each token has a daily send cap, counted over a rolling 24 hours. Tokens from signup and OAuth start at 50 sends. A token can never create another with a higher cap than its own, and keys made in the console cannot exceed the highest cap on the account.
• At most 20 recipients per message, and at most 10 attachments of up to 5 MB each.
• At most 120 tool calls per minute per token.
• All sending across the service has a daily total. When it is reached, sends are refused with a message saying so, and sending resumes at 00:00 UTC.

We may change these limits, raise them for an account on request, or lower them to stop abuse. Current limits are on Pricing.

Fees

AI Mail is prepaid: an account buys credit by card (through Stripe) and its use is charged against that credit at the prices published at /pricing. There is no free plan and no subscription; a new account may try one sandbox mailbox free for 7 days, with the limits described there, and its mail is deleted after the trial unless the account is topped up. We tell account owners before a price changes.

Your content

You keep all rights to your mail and data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in Privacy. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on it.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using AI Mail at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or when a provider or the law requires it.

No warranty

AI Mail is a beta service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that every message will be delivered or received, or that stored mail will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hapi.vc, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AI Mail in the three months before the claim or US$100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on this page before they apply.
